Meet the Principal

Allison Hawk is honored to serve as the founding principal of Golden Ridge Elementary. She brings a deep commitment to building strong school communities where students feel a sense of belonging, staff feel supported, and families are valued as essential partners in learning.

Allison currently serves as principal of Saddle Ranch Elementary, where she has focused on fostering a positive school culture, strengthening relationships, and supporting high-quality instruction for all learners. Her leadership is grounded in the belief that every child can succeed when surrounded by caring adults, clear expectations, and meaningful opportunities to grow.

Throughout her career, Allison has been dedicated to creating environments where both students and staff thrive.
